The name Bennett traces back to the Latin Benedictus — blessed. It’s the same root that gave us the Benedictine monks, the very people who pioneered brewing in Britain centuries ago.

Bennett’s Brew is one person’s journey from complete brewing novice to — hopefully — a fully licensed brewer. Every batch, every mistake, every breakthrough is documented here and on our YouTube channel. No shortcuts, no pretending to know more than we do. Just honest brewing, honest writing, and the occasional pint that makes it all worthwhile.
